Apartments, houses, mixed-use projects — from first sketch to handover to the end user. That means dozens of parties involved, hundreds of decisions, and a timeline in which a mistake in the design phase becomes visible in concrete months later.
Right now, several projects are running at the same time. Every architect delivers their model in a different way. Every contractor has their own way of working. And we, as the developer, need to know at all times whether everything adds up: technically, financially and in terms of planning.
We are looking for someone who keeps that overview. Someone who puts the models of the architect, engineer and contractor side by side and immediately sees where things threaten to go wrong. Someone who doesn't use BIM to create pretty pictures, but to make better decisions.
You will become the digital backbone of our projects. You make sure that everyone, from the architect in the design phase to the contractor on site, works with the same, correct information.
